DLA Disposition Services is soliciting sealed bids under IFB 31-6007 for a term sale of usable Foreign Excess Personal Property (FEPP) at its Rota, Spain site; the estimated original acquisition value is $7.5 million for a three-year term, but future generation of that value is not guaranteed. The property is offered as-is, where-is, with no guaranteed minimum or maximum quantity, and the purchaser must accept material tendered under the contract. The Government may withdraw property before removal and retains the right to demand return of Demil A property for up to 30 calendar days after removal.
