Workers Compensation Defense Counsel Services Self-insurance Commission (Request for Proposal)

Description: Seeking proposals from attorneys and law firms to provide Defense Counsel for Workers' Compensation claims. Scope of Services: Defense of Workers' Compensation claims filed against the City of Passaic. Counsel will have a close working relationship with the City Attorney.; Counsel will, on an "as needed" basis, be assigned and required to provide representation in all aspects of litigation associated with the defense of a Workers' Compensation claim.
