Western Technical College Coleman General Studies Office Renovation RFP

Description: In general, the work includes, but is not limited to, interior renovation of the general studies office, including removal of existing carpet, acoustical ceiling grid and tile, light fixtures, and mechanical diffusers; installation of new flooring and partitions to create four offices and a storage room; new doors, frames, and a reception desk; rework of electrical power and data for the new office layout, including infill of existing floor boxes not required for the new layout; and installation and modification of the mechanical system to serve and control the new offices.
