West End Dining Renovation

Description: East Carolina University seeks a construction manager-at-risk for pre-construction services and potential guaranteed maximum price delivery for the West End Dining Hall renovation. The project will modernize the existing dining hall in phases while keeping it open during the academic year and preserving seating capacity, including limited kitchen and back-of-house reconfiguration to improve food safety and food-service workflows. The work also includes coordination of existing building systems and improvements to dining-area circulation, with possible targeted controls changes and a separate retail dining component.
