Update the city's 2022-2027 Parks, Recreation, and Senior Services Master Plan and develop a new parks and recreation master plan. Work will include: Evaluate the city's parks, facilities, trails; recreation programs and community services; conduct community engagement; assess financial sustainability and future needs; and develop priorities, recommendations, a capital improvement program, and implementation strategy.
