Minor Construction / Sustainability, Repair and Maintenance RFP
The general description of the work of this Job Order Contract (JOC) includes, but is not limited to, a broad range of sustainability, repair, and maintenance (SRM), and minor construction work on real property. The JOC will be used to fulfill repair, maintenance, demolition and minor construction requirements on a variety of projects ranging from Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization (SRM), simplified acquisition of base repair requirements, civil works operations and maintenance, small renovations, real property repair and maintenance with an estimated value more than the micro-purchase threshold (MPT) for acquisitions of construction. Potential projects include, but are not limited to, administrative facilities, industrial facilities, maintenance shops, child development centers (CDC), physical fitness centers, food service facilities, athletic fields, underground utilities, overhead utilities, gates, warehouses, auditoriums, roads, sidewalks and other general construction work 13 deemed necessary to support the Directorate of Public Works (DPW) McAlester Army Ammunition Plant mission requirements. Facility repairs, renovations, and construction shall conform to the requirements of the technical criteria described in the Task Order (TO). Projects tasks include a variety of trades such as carpentry, roofing, painting, electrical, Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, masonry, demolition in conjunction with renovation projects, incidental roadwork, storm drainage, energy conservation, environmental, earthwork, welding, minor construction, operational type work and other general construction work deemed necessary to support the Army Ammunition Plant mission requirements. Other site work includes site grading, drainage and retaining walls incidental to the construction.
