Storage Area Improvements RFP
Work consists of the comprehensive renovation and rehabilitation of an existing storage space and an existing second floor space that is accessed from within the storage space. Work includes selective demolition and removal of existing equipment, finishes, mechanical systems, doors, windows and other building components; installation and modification of fire alarm, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, lighting, and low voltage systems, as well as associated architectural, structural, and exterior building work required to complete the renovation
