RFQ documents are available electronically on the Town of Edgartown Procurement Webpage. For a hard copy; please call 774-310-5106 or email hmclaughlin@edgartown-ma.us to obtain a copy. RFQ responses must be submitted to the Edgartown Procurement Office at Town Hall, 70 Main St., Edgartown, MA 02539 in a sealed package plainly marked “RESPONSE FOR LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT SERVICES RFQ, Ref. LBR-27-01” on or before 12:00 PM, Wednesday, October 28, 2026. No items may be submitted after that time will be accepted. Qualifications must include all the required materials and information; the qualifications will be reviewed within fifteen (15) days after the due date. The Town of Edgartown reserves the right to reject any and all submissions and to waive any informality in submissions received whenever such rejection or waiver is in its best interest.
