Multidisciplinary Predevelopment Feasibility Study

Description: The Town of Windsor is soliciting proposals from multidisciplinary consulting teams for a predevelopment feasibility study for affordable housing for seniors and people with disabilities. The proposed development would be on town-owned land near Mack Street and Bloomfield Avenue that is currently used for ballfields, and the study will consider relocating one or two Little League fields. The study is intended to evaluate feasibility and include planning and community outreach.
