Low Profile Mast and Rotational Module Component Prototype Other Transaction Area of Interest

Description: The Navy’s Submarine Electromagnetic Systems Program Office is seeking innovative technologies to prototype Low Profile Mast (LPM) and Rotational Module (RM) capabilities addressing operational needs. The competitive Area of Interest will use the Navy’s Other Transaction Authority under 10 U.S.C. § 4022 and may result in one or more prototype project awards. Interested companies must submit Phase I white papers and placemats via encrypted DoD SAFE by October 20, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. Eastern Time; some technical documents are restricted to eligible businesses with U.S., U.K., or Australian ownership.
