Take appropriate action to prevent the occurrence of fires, explosions, collapses, and other catastrophes. In such an event, summon appropriate response and then notify cor/acor. Assist in minimizing the effects and in restoring the area to a safe condition. Safeguard and deter the commission of crimes against a person or persons, summon appropriate response forces, and assist those response forces as required. Provide emergency assistance as required. Follow emergency and contingency operating procedures as prescribed by the facility, during emergency situations. Examples of emergencies are provided in the contract guard orders. Deter and report damage, pilferage, removal, secreting, misappropriation, misuse, larceny, theft, or other improper or unlawful threats to, or disposition of Government or personal property or acts of espionage, sabotage, or wrongful destruction within the facilities or grounds. PLCB Security Guard Services RFP
Seeking up to three qualified contractors to provide professional, uniformed security guard services at designated fine wine & good spirits (fw&gs) retail locations. Services will include maintaining a visible security presence; deterring theft, disorderly conduct, and other unlawful or disruptive activity; supporting the safety and security of customers and plcb employees; monitoring assigned areas; responding appropriately to security-related incidents; and documenting and reporting significant events as required by the plcb. Staffing levels, service hours, days of coverage, and assigned locations may vary based on operational and security needs, and the contractor(s) must maintain sufficient qualified personnel to ensure uninterrupted service, professional conduct, timely response, and compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, licensing requirements, and plcb policies and procedures.
