Affordable Housing Attorney Services (Request for Qualifications)
Provide Affordable Housing Attorney Services in excess of salaried employee and duties. Such services include COAH Litigation; Administrative and Personnel Matters; Transactional Matters of a substantial nature; appeals, and such other legal services as the Township Council may consider necessary which is not included with the scope of services rendered by the salaried Municipal Attorney, or his or her capacity as an employee of the Township.
