The contemplated procurement is an indefinite-delivery/requirements contract with a one-year base period and four one-year option periods per aircraft. Award is planned for the lowest-priced technically acceptable responsible offeror whose proposal responds to the solicitation requirements.

The contractor may provide this training through their standard courses offered to the public, other Government agencies or by submitting courses solely intended for FAA inspectors.
