Community Spaces and Activities Committee Regular Meeting
The committee discussed ongoing challenges with the current online building request system, noting that it lacks necessary features such as email notifications and print functionality. The members proposed transitioning to a tangible, physical form available at the town hall to streamline the reservation process and ensure better record-keeping. Additionally, the committee reviewed and approved several pending building use requests, including a legislative update event and a state candidates forum. Plans were also made for the committee to manage ongoing recurring building use, such as a monthly book club, while maintaining compliance with established policies.
