Key initiatives include hiring a dedicated leader, engaging advisory councils, seeking sustainable funding, collaborating with IHCC and Get Connected Intermediary Grant, teaching soft skills, administering screening tests, and organizing college and technical school visits, career fairs, job shadows, and internships.
