Excelsior University Strategic Plan 2023-2025
Excelsior University's 2023-2025 strategic plan focuses on five key goals: driving enrollment and expanding its academic portfolio; advancing leadership in teaching, learning, and course design; providing exceptional student experiences; broadening partnerships to support institutional transformation; and becoming a multicultural organization that integrates Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (JEDI) initiatives. The plan aims to increase credit taking and revenue, launch new degree programs, develop a data-driven teaching model, enhance student support services, establish strategic partnerships, and maximize fundraising efforts. JEDI integration will involve implementing the JEDI Map framework, developing allyship teams, integrating JEDI into curricula, and enhancing recruitment and retention of a diverse workforce.
